HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

this depends on a factor of things. the amount of coverage you purchased, weather, number of guests, size of bridal party, and so on. on average i give 600-1k images for 6-10 hours of coverage. and then 400-600 for elopements.

what is your turn around time?

for couple's sessions: 2 weeks
for elopements: 3-4 weeks
for weddings: 4-6 weeks

all packages include a sneak peak within 48 hours.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

all travel is included for elopements in western carolina
(ex. asheville, boone, etc).

my travel fee is $1/ mile farther than 30 miles from fort mill, sc.
if weddings or elopements are more than a 2.5 hour drive, i do require lodging for one night.

different rates apply for destination weddings + elopements outside of nc and sc. 

what to wear for engagement photos?

don't worry! i got you covered!
after booking, you will receive the alivia experience wedding guide that has a section specifically for engagement session prep- including what to wear! from different clothing styles, colors, and accessories. i even go over what not to wear or colors to stay away from!

do you give raw files?

the simple answer to that is no. 
as your photographer, you're hiring me for my specific editing style- and i never give out an unfinished product.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE CHANGES?

in the midst of covid, it's important we stay prepared for anything to happen. if your wedding date changes or you have to cancel- the initial deposit is either non- refundable or can be applied for a different date in the future that is mutually agreed on by the client and photographer. i also outline these details in my contract.

WILL YOU HELP ME FIND VENDORS?

absolutely!
in the alivia experience wedding guide, there's a full page of recommended vendors in each category. of course, if you're looking for someone specific- i would love to help you find them!

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

i use the platform square for all invoices and transactions. square allows me to send your invoice with the contract attached allowing electronic signatures to make it easy for the client. square also reminds you of upcoming payments and gives you a receipt every time you make a payment. square accepts all major credit and debit cards. 

can we add a second shooter?

of course!
i recommend a second shooter for weddings with 125+ guests. 
higher volume weddings require more attention so while i'm capturing the big moments, my second shooter can capture everything in between.

do you offer albums or prints?

as a matter of fact, i do!
all of my packages include an online store for prints, canvases, frames and more that are sent to a professional lab for the absolute best quality! 

albums are an a la carte option that i help you specifically design. 
basically you choose the favorites you want to include, choose a couple design options, and i handle the rest!
